Noemi Lujan
Noemi Lujan Perez’s career is a merger of diversity-niche public relations, social responsibility, and brand management across private industry and the public sector. Her 20-year portfolio includes Microsoft Corp., MGM Mirage Properties, Heinz Foundation, HITN TV, and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Her work spans across African American, American Indian, Asian American, Hispanic/Latino, LGBT, and women’s audiences.
Most recently, she served as deputy chief of communications and director of nontraditional stakeholders for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Department of Interior) where she implemented the agency’s diversity public relations effort, and its first-ever national partnership platform with African American and Latino stakeholder groups. She was the highest-ranking minority woman hired by the agency in 2011.
She is a Los Angeles native and proud University of Southern California alumna.
